Audience management

Audience Rooms access management is done in the Access Control.

• Invite Guests to Screening Rooms
• Add Guests to Groups
• Add Groups to Screening Rooms
• Create a Group of Guests

NOTE: A Guest may be in the Audience of a Screening Room both as an individual and as a member of one or more Groups at the same time.

If you wish to shut out a Guest altogether, remember to check out he/she is neither in the Room’s Guests list nor in any Groups that are in the Room’s Groups list.
