To add a Group to a Screening Room follow these steps.
- Open the Access Control by clicking on the ticket icon on the sidebar
- Select the Screening Rooms tab
- On the right panel, select the Groups tab
- Click on the + button on the toolbar
- In the following dialog, select the desired Groups from the list of Groups not yet admitted.
- Click on ADD when finished.
You may also add Groups that are already in a Screening Room A to another Screening Room B with a simple drag'n'drop:
- select the Screening Room A in the left column list
- in the right panel, select the Groups tab
- select the desired Groups there
- drag'n'drop them in bulk onto the Screening Room B in the left column list.
