To add Guests to a Group follow these quick steps.
- Go to the Access Control and select the Groups tab.
- Select the desired Group from the list.
- In the Group detail panel opening to the right, click on the + on the toolbar.
- In the next dialog, type in the email address(es) to invite and press return (or tab) to confirm.
- You can add multiple members at once.
- When you are finished, click on INVITE.
You may also admit Guests that are already in a Group A to another Group B with a simple drag'n'drop:
- select the Group A in the left column list
- in the right panel, select the Guests tab
- select the desired Guests there
- drag'n'drop them in bulk onto the Group B in the left column list.
NOTE: Invitees who are not yet registered users will be listed in the Invited tab until they sign up to Mnemonica.
