Download content from a Screening Room

Team Members can download media directly from the Screening Rooms. If Keep originals option is enabled, they can choose to download the original files (if present), proxies, or both.

IMPORTANT: Guests can only download files from Collaborative Screening Rooms.

To download files from a Screening Room:

• Enter a Screening Room from the Project dashboard. 
• Locate the file you want to download in the Media Pool. 
• Click on its Options button and choose Download original or Download proxy or drag the selection towards the bottom of the page.

NOTE: if Mnemonica Gate is correctly paired and running, it will take charge of any download task.

Downloading multiple files

To download with 1-click a selection of files, you need Mnemonica Gate to be installed and running on your system.

Select multiple media on the Pool, click on the options button on the toolbar and choose download.
