Room color tags

To help users sort Screening Rooms into categories, Mnemonica allows all Team Members to tag them with a color. The Room color is project-based rather than user-based. Hence, everyone with access to the Room will see the same associated color if assigned.

Colors can come in handy when Screening Rooms must be grouped according to a user's criteria.

Vertical colored bars on the right side of the card will represent the assigned color tag. 

Applying color tags

To assign or change the color tag of a Room, click on the options button on the relevant card or row (in case of list view) and select the chosen color from the Color menu.

It is also possible to show only the Rooms of a chosen color using the color filter on the toolbar.
