Connect your Mnemonica account to Box and save Screening Room files to your Box account.

Mnemonica provides integrations with third-party SaaS. This article shows how to connect Mnemonica and Box™ accounts and how to save content from a Screening Room to a Box™ account.
Connecting Mnemonica to Box™
To connect your Mnemonica account to a Box™ account, do these steps.
Open Preferences
Open a browser window and go to mnemonica.io. Log in. Click your avatar at the bottom-left of the page and choose Preferences from the menu.
Connect Box™
Go to the Integrations section. Find Box™ in the list and click the Connect button on the right.
Authorize Mnemonica
In the new window, type your Box™ credentials and click Authorize.
Grant access
In the authorization pop-up, set the privacy settings you need. The settings depend on your Box™ account. Click Grant access to Box.
Close the window
A confirmation message appears. Close the window.
If something goes wrong, you can always complete or remove the Box™ integration in Mnemonica. To remove the Box™ integration, click the Disconnect button on the right.
Saving files to Box™
When a Box™ account is connected to your Mnemonica account, you can save Screening Room content to Box™.
Find the file
Go into a Screening Room in your browser. Find the file you want to save to your Box™ account.
Choose Save to Box
Click the options button (⋮), choose Share... and select Save to Box.
Save the file
In the next window, set the publishing settings you need. The settings depend on your Box™ account. Click Save.
When Mnemonica saves the file, it shows a feedback message in a snackbar.
If no account is connected, the Share... menu shows only Go to Integrations settings.
