Mnemonica provides integrations with third-party SaaS. This article shows how to connect Mnemonica and Vimeo accounts and how to send content from a Screening Room to Vimeo.

Connecting Mnemonica to Vimeo

To connect your Mnemonica account to a Vimeo account, do these steps.

Open Preferences

Open a browser window and go to mnemonica.io. Log in. Click your avatar at the bottom-left of the page and choose Preferences from the menu.

Connect Vimeo

Go to the Integrations section. Find Vimeo in the list and click the Connect button on the right.

Log into Vimeo

Log into your Vimeo account.

Allow access

In the authorization pop-up, set the privacy settings you need. The settings depend on your Vimeo account. Click Allow.

Close the window

A confirmation message appears. Close the window.

If something goes wrong, you can always complete or remove the Vimeo integration in Mnemonica. When the integration is connected, the Vimeo row shows the name of the connected Vimeo account. To remove the Vimeo integration, click the Disconnect button on the right.

Sending videos to Vimeo

When a Vimeo account is connected to your Mnemonica account, you can send videos from your Screening Rooms to Vimeo.

Find the video

Go into a Screening Room in your browser. Find the video you want to publish on your Vimeo account.

Choose Send to Vimeo

Click the options button (⋮), choose Share... and select Send to Vimeo.

Set the video details

In the next window, check the video Name. Set the Description and Privacy (required). Set the Make video downloadable and Let users add video to their collections switches, and the Tags, as needed. The available settings depend on your Vimeo account.

Send the video

Click Send.

When Mnemonica publishes the video, it shows a feedback message in a snackbar.

If no account is connected, the Share... menu shows only Go to Integrations settings.
