Preferences panel
Open the Preferences page to edit your profile, security, integrations and contacts.

Users can edit their data on the preferences page. To access the page, click the user menu by clicking your avatar in the bottom left corner of the page and choose Preferences from the list.
On this page, users can access the following sections:
- Profile: to view and edit your personal information
- Security: to manage how you sign in and where you are signed in. The page has four tabs:
- Passkeys: your passkeys, with the date that you added each one and the date that you last used it. Click Add a passkey to add one.
- Connected accounts: connect or disconnect your Google and Apple accounts.
- API keys and devices: your API keys, and the keys of your Mnemonica app and Mnemonica Gate. Click Link the Mnemonica app to add a device.
- Sessions and reset: click Sign out everywhere to end your sessions on all other devices. You stay signed in on this device, and the Mnemonica app and Mnemonica Gate sign in again by themselves. You can also start a reset here.
- Integrations: to view and set third-party integrations like Vimeo and Box
- Contacts: to view and manage your personal contacts
If you are a Company Owner or a Company Administrator, you can also access the Company management panel.
Account deletion
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you can delete your account. Click Delete account in the Profile section. Mnemonica erases your personal data.
NOTE: Mnemonica keeps a record of what users do together. It does not erase your part of this record: it anonymizes it. You cannot restore anonymized data.
