Change email address

You can change the email address of your Mnemonica account at any time.

Your email address is the address of your invitation. Mnemonica sends sign-in links, reset emails and notifications only to this address. This is true also when you sign in with a Google or Apple account that uses another address. If you use Apple Hide My Email, Mnemonica never replaces your address with the Apple relay address.

1. Sign in to Mnemonica with a strong method.
2. Click your avatar in the bottom left corner of the page, then select Preferences from the user menu.
3. On the Profile panel, click Change email.
4. In the pop-up, type the new email address.
5. Click Change.
6. Open the inbox of your old email address. Find the Confirm email change message. If it is not there, look in the spam folder.
7. In the message, click Confirm email change. Mnemonica opens a confirmation page.
8. Open the inbox of your new email address. Find the Confirm new email address message.
9. In the message, click Confirm new email address. Mnemonica opens a final confirmation page.

Your email address is now changed. Mnemonica signs you out in all your browsers. Sign in again with your new email address.

In the Mnemonica app, the result depends on biometrics:

• Biometrics is on: the app stays signed in.
• Biometrics is off: the app signs you out. Sign in again with your new email address.

Your Gates stay connected. You do not need to pair them again.
