The Personal Dashboard
What you see on the Home page after you sign in: your recent Projects, their latest notifications, and shortcuts.
- Projects
- ProductionArchive
- Updated
After you sign in, Mnemonica shows your Personal Dashboard (Home in the bottom bar). The page shows Welcome and your first name. It gives you one view of the Projects you used most recently.
The number of Projects depends on the size of your screen.
Recent Projects
Each recent Project has a card. The card shows the Project poster, the Project name, and the company. Under the name, you see the latest notifications for that Project, for example:
- a Box that you received or sent
- a delivery approval request
- new content in a Screening Room
- a comment on a media file
A blue dot marks a notification that you did not read. A time stamp shows how long ago it happened. Click a notification to go to the item. When a notification has a message, click Read message... to read it.
Use the controls on the card to work with the notifications:
- Set all as read: marks all the notifications of the Project as read.
- The small dots at the bottom: show the other pages of notifications.
- Go to project dashboard: opens the Project.
When a Project has no news, the card shows Nothing to report here.
To learn more about notifications, read Notifications.
Shortcuts
The Shortcuts area, at the bottom of the page, has two links:
- User guide: opens this User Guide.
- Video tutorials: opens the video tutorials.
To go to other parts of Mnemonica, use the bottom bar:
- Projects: all your Projects.
- KDMs: the KDM tools.
- Preferences: your user preferences.
- Company: the Company panel.
The avatar menu at the bottom left gives you Preferences, Company, Support request, Help, and Logout.
The Project Dashboard
When you open a Project, you start on its own dashboard (Dashboard in the bottom bar). It is not the same page as your Personal Dashboard. It shows the data of one Project:
- Usage data: the storage, the download traffic, the encoded minutes, and the total users. For more, read Usage statistics overview.
- Recent stuff: the Activities of the Project, with Set all as read, then the list of Screening Rooms, and the Incoming Boxes and Outgoing Boxes.
In an Archive Project, the lists are Works, Screening Rooms, Incoming Deliveries, and Outgoing Deliveries.
The Usage data line is only for Managers. Other roles see the Recent stuff lists that they can access.
Click an item in the lists to open it.

Linking the Mnemonica app
If you already have a strong session on one device, a new device cannot get strong alone. It needs a six-digit code. This guide shows how to get the code from the web app or from the app on another device.
