Receiving a Delivery Box

Modified on Wed, 06 Jul 2022 at 05:42 PM

To access a received Delivery Box, you must have a Mnemonica account. Learn here how to register your personal account. Receiving a Box implies being part of the related Project

Once you have registered your account you automatically become part of the Project related to the received Box, so you can access the Box itself and download the attached files.

Finding your Box

Follow these steps to get to the received Box.

  • Log into your Mnemonica account

  • Click on the bell icon on the right of your top bar

  • Look for Box received notification and click on it

  • You'll get redirected to the received Box

Otherwise, you can manually reach the Box:

  • Enter the Project related to the received Box
  • Click the Delivery Box icon on the left sidebar
  • In the Delivery Boxes page, select the INCOMING tab on the top left
  • Select the desired Box from the list

Downloading your Box

Select a Box from the list on the left side of the page to open the detail panel. There you can find the list of the attached files which you can download one by one by clicking on the options button at the right end of each file and choosing Download from the menu.

Otherwise, if you have installed Mnemonica Gate, you can download with one-click the entire content by using the download all button on the header of the Box.

IMPORTANT: in Mnemonica, any Box has an expiration date. Be sure to download the Box before expiration. An expired Box automatically disappears from the list. A history of your received and sent Boxes can be found in the history tab.

PLEASE NOTE: In the Mnemonica Mobile App the Boxes you received are read-only, you cannot download their content on a mobile device.
