When you need to invite multiple users to a resource (a Project, a Screening Room or a Delivery Box), you can copy any bulk text that contains email addresses, from any text document, including HTML, XLS, CSV, and all the Rich Text Formats, and paste it in the related field. When copying you can include pieces of text that do not represent email addresses, Mnemonica will automatically get rid of them, putting in the field only the copied email addresses.
Bulk paste works in the following windows:
- Send Box
- Invite Guests to a Room
- Invite Guests to a Group
- Invite Guests to a Project
