Support request

Mnemonica has a support desk answering through a ticketing system. Most of the requests are processed in less than 2 hours. All the requests in 24 hours.


IMPORTANT: we can read and answer in English or Italian only.


You can open a ticket in two ways:


If you are logged-in

  • Open the user menu by clicking on your avatar at the bottom of the sidebar on your browser, or in the top right corner on the homepage of the mobile app.

  • Select Support request

  • Choose the type of request (tech support, bug report, feature request)

  • Write a subject and a description of your issue.

  • Add attachments (screenshots, docs, etc.) as needed.

  • Click/ tap on SEND to submit your request


If you are not logged-in


Simply send an email to support@mnemonica.com
