Notes

On every media uploaded into a Screening Room, the Team Members can append a note. A note is a rich-text block that can accommodate styles, tables, and other basic HTML tags.

Notes are shared along with the Room Audience, including other Team Members.

Guests can only read notes and have no adding/editing permissions.

Adding notes

To add a note to a media, click on the notebook icon over the media. Type or paste the desired content and click on Save.

When a note is present, the notebook icon shows up in yellow.

Notes are also displayed on the Player page, in the related tab on the right sidebar.
