The media status shows where a media is in the review and approval process. Every user with access to the Screening Room sees the same status, so the whole team knows which media to use.
Anyone with access can read and change the media status.
The statuses
A new media has the status None. The status appears as a badge on the media card, and in the Status column in list view.
