The Media Pool

The Media Pool is where you upload and manage media in a Room. You can display it in the thumbnail view or the table list view.

The Media Pool has a toolbar with all the action buttons and the filters to manage the media. The footer shows the media count. When you select media, the footer also shows the number of selected items.

When you enter a Room, the Media Pool shows all the media of that Room by default. If you filter media out, the media count changes.

To play a single video, audio, or still image file, click its name. The media opens on the Player page. To send the whole content of the Media Pool to the Player page, click the Play button in the footer.

The Media Pool is connected to the Bins and Days panels. To learn how to browse content with Days and Bins, read Browsing Days and Bins content.

To help you find media, you can bookmark any item in the Media Pool with the heart icon.

Click the heart icon on a media to turn on the favorite flag. Click it again to remove the flag. To bookmark multiple selected media, click the options button (⋮) on the Media Pool toolbar.

To show only the favorite items, use the Favorite option of the Attributes filter. To show the filters, click the filter icon on the Media Pool toolbar.

Unwatched mediaCopy Anchor Link

A small blue dot next to the Nice code marks unwatched media. When you play the media on the Player page, the dot disappears.

To remove the blue dot from one or more media without playing them, click the options button (⋮) on the media or on the Media Pool toolbar. Then select Mark as watched. To show only unwatched media, use the Not watched option of the Attributes filter.
