Mnemonica stores viewing data whenever a user screens a portion of an audio or video clip.

Users can see their own view data in the Media Pool and on the Player page. The view data shows as a green line at the bottom of each media thumbnail. The lighter green shows the watched portions.

Managers can also see the viewing data of Guests. In Archive Projects, Power Guests can see the viewing data in their own Rooms. Nobody can see the viewing data of Team Members.

Viewing statistics

Managers can browse the viewing data of Guests in a Screening Room to check their behavior.

To open the audience viewing stats window, do one of these:

  • Click the play icon (Viewing stats) in the header of a Screening Room.
  • Open the Viewing stats tab on the right sidebar of the Player page.
  • Click the options button (⋮) on any playable media in the Media Pool. Select Viewing stats.
  • In Guests management, click the play icon in the header of a Screening Room or of a Guest detail.

In the pop-up window, choose the path to check the viewing stats:

  • Screening Rooms tab: select a Screening Room, then a media, to get the views of the Guest.
  • Guests tab: select a Guest, then a Screening Room, to get the list of screened media.

Viewing data are part of a Project. When you delete a file, its viewing history remains until you delete the Project.
