Each Screening Room has an independent Audience. An Audience is made up of Guests, Groups of Guests, or both.

A Guest can be admitted to a Screening Room as an individual, as a member of a Group, or both. A Guest can be a member of many Groups at the same time.

Only Managers can admit users to the Audience of a Screening Room from Guests management. Power Guests can invite Guests only from a dedicated panel inside each Room.

Groups

A Group has a name and a color. Use a Group to admit several Guests to a Room in one click. A Group can contain as many Guests as needed.

Commenting on media

Audiences can comment on the media of a Screening Room they have been admitted to. If the Comments access of the Room is Disabled, they cannot comment. For details, see Room's privacy settings.

Guests Control

Managers manage the Audience of a Screening Room in Guests management. To open it, click Guests in the bottom bar.

For details, see adding Guests to a Screening Room.
