Download content from a Screening Room
Download media from a Screening Room, one file or a whole selection, and learn who can download.

Team Members can download media directly from Screening Rooms. If the Keep originals option is enabled, they can download the original files (if present), the proxies, or both.
Guests can download files from Collaborative Screening Rooms or from Rooms with the Guest can download content switch turned on.
Download a file
Open the Room
Enter a Screening Room from the Project dashboard.
Find the file
Locate the file you want to download in the Media Pool.
Download the file
If Mnemonica Gate is correctly paired and running, it takes charge of any download task.
Click the options button (⋮) on the file and choose Download. Then choose Original or Proxy. You can also drag the selection towards the bottom of the page.
Download multiple files
To download a selection of files with one click, you need Mnemonica Gate installed and running on your system.
Select multiple media in the Media Pool. Click the options button (⋮) on the toolbar and choose download.
