Adding Groups to Screening Rooms

To add a Group to a Screening Room follow these steps.

  • Open the Access Control by clicking on the ticket icon on the sidebar
  • Select the Screening Rooms tab
  • On the right panel, select the Groups tab
  • Click on the + button on the toolbar
  • In the following dialog, select the desired Groups from the list of Groups not yet admitted. 
  • Click on ADD when finished.

You may also add Groups that are already in a Screening Room A to another Screening Room B with a simple drag'n'drop

  • select the Screening Room A in the left column list
  • in the right panel, select the Groups tab
  • select the desired Groups there 
  • drag'n'drop them in bulk onto the Screening Room B in the left column list.
