Adding Groups to Screening Rooms
Admit one or more Groups of Guests to a Screening Room, or copy Groups from one Room to another.

To add a Group to a Screening Room, do these steps.
Open Guests management
Click Guests in the bottom bar to open Guests management.
Select the Room
Select the Screening Rooms tab. Then select a Room in the list on the left.
Open the Groups tab
In the right panel, select the Groups tab.
Add the Groups
Click the add button (+) on the toolbar. In the dialog, select the Groups from the list of Groups not yet admitted. Click Add.
Copy Groups to another Room
To add the Groups of Screening Room A to Screening Room B, drag and drop them.
Select Room A
In the left column, select Screening Room A.
Select the Groups
In the right panel, select the Groups tab. Then select the Groups you want.
Drop the Groups on Room B
Drag the selected Groups onto Screening Room B in the left column.
