Media status

Modified on Wed, 06 Jul 2022 at 05:40 PM

During the review & approval process, a media con changes its status accordingly to the choices of the stakeholders.

To let the users know what's the status of a media, Mnemonica lets anyone with access read and change the media status.

The available media statuses are:

  • None
  • Approved
  • Needs review
  • Evaluating
  • Final version
  • Don't use

Assigning the media status

To assign or edit the media status:

  • Enter a Screening Room
  • Locate the media you want to set or edit the status
  • Click on the options button on the relevant card or row (in case of list view)
  • Select the chosen status from the Status menu.

You can perform this action on multiple media by using the option button on the toolbar and following the above procedure.

A media status filter is available on the toolbar to show a chosen status only.
