Mnemonica works with all the major browsers on the market, with any computer operating system. Mnemonica does not require any particular hardware.
Proprietary browser policies can make the Mnemonica UI slightly different. For a good user experience, use one of these browsers:
- Chrome
- Safari
- Firefox
- Microsoft Edge (Chromium-based version only)
Internet Explorer is not supported.
Screen resolution
The Mnemonica web application supports a minimum screen resolution of 768x1024 (vertical tablet). We recommend larger screens.
Use Mnemonica in a browser at 100% zoom. Higher or lower zoom settings can affect usability.
Smartphones must use the mobile application for Android and iOS. It is available in the official stores.
Minimum supported OS:
- iOS 15.0
- Android 7, API 25
Mnemonica Gate
Mnemonica Gate is a separate application for file transfers. It needs macOS 10.13 or later, Windows 10 (64-bit), or a recent 64-bit Linux distribution with a system tray. Read the full requirements.
IT requirements
Mnemonica needs no IT setup. If you cannot reach our website, or you cannot connect to Mnemonica Gate, ask your IT department to check the firewall policies of your facility.
