Saving Box content to a Screening Room

When you receive a Delivery Box, you can save its content to a Screening Room. 

Save all Box content to a Screening Room

To save all the Box content to a Screening Room with 1-click:

• Go to the Delivery Box incoming page
• Select the Box you want its content to be saved to a Screening Room from the left list.
• The Box detail panel shows up on the right.
• Drag the Box card to the bottom and drop it on the Download Box area, or click on the download icon on the header of the Box.
• In the next dialog, select the destination Room, a Day (if Dailies), and possibly a Bin.
• Click Save to Room to proceed.

IMPORTANT: a Screening Room can accommodate audio, video, stills, and PDF files. Saving files from a Box to a Room will affect the Screening Room's supported files only. Unsupported files will not be saved.

Save one file to a Screening Room

To save one file to a Screening Room:

• Go to the Delivery Box incoming page
• Select the Box you want its content to be saved to a Screening Room from the left list
• The Box detail panel shows up on the right.
• Browse the Box content, find the file you want to Save to a Room and click on the options button (ⵗ) and select Save to Room... from the menu.
• In the next dialog, select the destination Room, a Day (if Dailies), and possibly a Bin
• Click Save to Room to proceed.

Save a selection of files to a Screening Room

To save a selection of files to a Screening Room:

• Go to the Delivery Box incoming page
• Select the Box you want its content to be saved to a Screening Room from the left list
• The Box detail panel shows up on the right.
• Browse the Box content, find the files you want to Save to a Room and select them using Ctrl/Cmd-click or Shift-click to make a selection.
• Click the options button on the toolbar (ⵗ) and select Save selected to Room... from the menu.
• In the next dialog, select the destination Room, a Day (if Dailies), and possibly a Bin
• Click Save to Room to proceed.
