Checking a delivery status

To check a delivery status follow these steps.

  • Go to the Delivery Boxes page by clicking on the Delivery Box icon on the sidebar
  • On the top of the page select the HISTORY tab.
  • On the toolbar select SENT from the show filter dropdown
  • Locate the desired delivery using sorting and filtering tools on the toolbar
  • On the delivery card, you can find the recipient email address, the delivery date, and the list of Box attachments.
