Checking a delivery status

To check a delivery status follow these steps.

Go to the Delivery Boxes page by clicking on the Delivery Box icon on the sidebar.
On the top of the page select the HISTORY tab.
On the toolbar select SENT from the show filter dropdown
Locate the desired delivery using sorting and filtering tools on the toolbar
On the delivery card, you can find the recipient email address, the delivery date, and the list of Box attachments.
