This article is about Deliveries in Archive Projects. In Production Projects, see About Boxes.
In Archive Projects, you send files to other Mnemonica users with Deliveries. A Delivery is a container of files created for delivery purposes. To open the Deliveries, click Deliveries in the bottom bar. The page has three tabs: Incoming, Outgoing and History.
The Incoming tab contains the received Deliveries. The Outgoing tab contains the draft, pending, rejected and sent Deliveries. The History tab lists the sent and received Deliveries. For each Delivery, it shows the status, the user who closed it, the number of items and the size. It has the sub-tabs Overview, Received and Sent.
The detail panel of an outgoing Delivery
The detail panel has three tabs:
- Recipients: the people who receive the Delivery, with the Delivered at and Downloaded at dates.
- Content: the files of the Delivery.
- Log: the status changes of the Delivery, with the date and the user who made them.
Statuses
- Draft: you are still preparing the Delivery.
- Pending: the Delivery waits for the answer of a Manager.
- Rejected: a Manager refused the Delivery. The Delivery is not sent.
- Approved: the Delivery is sent.
Power Guests and the approval of a Manager
Power Guests can prepare a Delivery with content from the Works of the Project. A Manager must approve the Delivery before Mnemonica sends it. To learn how a Power Guest asks for the approval and how a Manager answers, see Deliveries prepared by a Power Guest.
