This article is about Deliveries in Archive Projects. In Production Projects, see Receiving a Box.
To access a received Delivery, you must have a Mnemonica account. You must also be part of the related Project.
Finding your Delivery
When somebody sends you a Delivery, you get a notification: You received a new delivery from the name of the sender, with the name of the Delivery. To see it, click the bell icon on the right of the top bar.
You can also reach the Delivery manually:
- Enter the Project related to the Delivery.
- Click Deliveries in the bottom bar.
- Select the Incoming tab on the top left.
- Select the Delivery from the list.
Each Delivery in the list shows its name, the days left before it expires, the number of files, the size and the sender (Sent by).
Content of the Delivery
A Delivery has an expiration date. An expired Delivery disappears from the list. The History tab lists all your received and sent Deliveries.
The detail panel shows the date of creation, the expiration, the number of files, the size and the sender. Below, the list of files has the columns Name, Media Type and Size. To show all the files without the folders, use Flat view.
If Mnemonica Gate is not available, the page shows a File-by-file download only notice. Click Why? to see how to install Gate.
