Create a Screening Room
Create a Screening Room in a Project and choose its type, download, comments and originals settings.

To create a Screening Room, follow these steps.
Open Rooms
Enter your Project and click Rooms in the bottom bar.
Open the dialog
Click the add button (+) on the toolbar.
Set the Room
For an Ingest Room, the dialog shows only Keep originals and Tags after the Room type.
In the Create a Screening Room dialog, type a Name (up to 64 characters). Then choose the Room settings:
- Room type: Standard, Collaborative Standard, Dailies, Collaborative Dailies, or Ingest. Archive Projects have Standard Rooms only. You cannot change it later.
- Guest can download content: turn the switch on to let Guests download media from the Room.
- Comments access: Public, Private, or Disabled. You cannot change it later.
- Keep originals
Add Tags
If needed, add Tags.
Create the Room
Click Create. The new Room appears in the Rooms page. Double-click its card to open it.
