Media Notes in Screening Rooms
Add a rich-text note to a media in a Screening Room and learn who can read and edit it.

Team Members can add a note to every media in a Screening Room. A note is a rich-text block. It can contain styles, tables, and other basic HTML tags.
Notes are shared with the Room Audience, including other Team Members. Guests can read notes. They cannot add or edit notes.
Adding notes
Open the Notes dialog
Click the notebook icon over the media.
Write the note
In the Notes dialog, click Edit note. Type or paste the content.
Save the note
Click Save.
When a media has a note, the notebook icon is light blue.
Notes also show on the Player page, in the related tab on the right sidebar.
